Find your groove in this NEW modern movement class for seniors, offering fun, funky fitness, suitable for beginners as well as those with dance experience.

Take a 45 minute class then enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and create new friendships and connections with class participants. More info



Making Time: Seniors Art Class

Making Time is a chance to come together with a group of people, make art and have a chat. There is an emphasis on painting and drawing throughout the 10 weeks with the opportunity to explore other mediums such as print, ceramics, mosaics and collage. Participants are encouraged to have fun and give things a go! Tea and coffee are provided and there is always a moment to grab a cuppa and make a new friend. More info



Art Play: Woden Art Class

A weekly art class where adults experience the Art of Play and play learning a variety of art processes, materials, and techniques in a range of 2D mediums. This class is open to curious adult’s of all artistic abilities. More info



Sing with Toby: community choir

Sing with Toby is a community choir held weekly on Tuesdays 5:30pm – 7:00pm. The choir is free, and anyone aged 18 and over is welcome to sign up. Opera singer and choir conductor extraordinaire, Tobias Cole sees every rehearsal and every performance, whether as a conductor, singer, actor or MC, as an opportunity to remind people of their humanity and inspire them to tap their enormous potential.  More info



Lakeside at 5: Monthly Live Music

The Lakeside at 5 music series returns on the fourth Friday of each
month, presenting a program of folk, jazz, blues, and country from some of Canberra’s best loved musicians, alongside a few regional guests. Enjoy the live music with a glass of wine and stunning views over the lake. More info



Every Body: Monthly Life Drawing

Facilitated by a local artist, this monthly art class for people aged 18 years and over, is inclusive of all bodies, weight, gender and race. Celebrating all expressions of self, the class is a safe space to have drinks with friends and sketch a diverse range of models. Basic materials are provided such as charcoal, paper and pencils however you are welcome to bring your own materials to work with! More info
